Leeks and lemon: a different way to enjoy a first course.
Perfect for preparing a risotto or pasta sauce.
We advise you to put the contents in hot water for 10 minutes and fry a little onion in extra virgin olive oil separately. As soon as the preparation has regained consistency, brown it in the pan for a few minutes.
With the pasta: when the latter has finished cooking, add it to the pan with the sauce and a tablespoon of cooking water. Jump and serve.
With the rice: after the product has been revived and browned, add it to the almost cooked rice, finishing cooking. Stir and serve.
